What to wear: short sleeve dri-fit shirt, maybe a muscle dri-fit shirt if you have to show the guns, shorts that aren’t longer than your knees, workout pants that aren’t too long, athletic shoes
What not to wear: swimwear or board shorts, wifebeaters, tank tops, baggy sweat pants, pajama pants, cargo shorts, too many sweatbands and flip flops
