In our last Dapper Fit post, Nick gave us some great insight on how to take our physique to the next level by not forgetting to work our legs.  I would like to take this weeks approach to summer fitness a little different direction that I know will give you some great benefit when it comes time to hit the beach.  Its time to TURN UP THE HEAT.

fitness trainer mike higginsWhen I say turn up the heat, I literally mean that I want us to work this week on turning up the heat of our bodies during our workouts.  Bring more intensity, less down time, and more desire than you have had in the first two months of the  year.  Lets focus on taking 3 days this week and pick some full body exercise regimens that will activate all of our major muscle groups throughout the course of our 30-45 minute full body workout.  Working out our full body in a intensely structured format will elevate the heart rate and raise our bodies temperature and all of that extra heat will literally scorch the fat away and let those lean hard muscles shine through like they were always  meant to do.

The time is NOW!  Don’t wait for the heat of the summer to advance your workouts to the next stage.  Turn up the heat, and burn off that fat!
