Zacapa Rum Manhattan

 Ingredients:
1 ounce Zacapa Rum 23
1/4 ounce Italian Sweet Vermouth
1/4 ounce French Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Brandy-Infused Maraschino Cherries for Garnish

Preparation:

  1. Combine Zacapa Rum 23, Italian sweet vermouth, French sweet vermouth and aromatic bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir well.
  2.  Strain contents into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with brandy-infused maraschino cherries.
